Estimating
Add Estimate from the board. Open bids on the front list. Archive holds reviewed, banked, won, and lost. Multiple GCs. The address rides with the bid so the job is not rebuilt.
Flooring & tile project management
FlooringOps is project management built for commercial flooring and tile — not a GC portal with a floor covering skin. One job thread for materials, pull tickets, moisture tests, deliveries, and communications.
Overview · (903) 484-4450
Procore was written for general contractors. Floor and tile shops still run pull tickets, dye lots, slab moisture, and stored-materials packets on paper. FlooringOps is flooring and tile project management — the hole between bid and billing for floor covering. QuickBooks and MeasureSquare stay. Other specialty trades: TradeOps Now — Coming Soon.
Add Estimate from the board. Open bids on the front list. Archive holds reviewed, banked, won, and lost. Multiple GCs. The address rides with the bid so the job is not rebuilt.
Add Project when you need it. Larger board names you can read across the room. Phases across the top. Samples and Submittals share one tab. Next phase is a name. Estimated next phase is a date.
Receive, reject, photo. Recovered material comes back onto the board. Pull tickets from live quantities. Sundry Inventory is its own screen with categories — not lost in the job list.
What used to hide in custody is Deliveries. Field inspects, photos land on the job, location is clear. The PM sees what left the shop without a phone chase.
Moisture Testing tab with maps and probes. ASTM F2170 packet on the job: probe, RH, ambient, set time, read time, photo — not in a text.
Plans and pins open as drawing pop-outs. Billed Materials Stored sits in procurement — tracks what is billed for stored materials without hunting texts.
POs flow from your books onto the project. Inventory is live, including recovered materials and sundry stock. Warehouse pulls. Deliveries hit the job. Moisture Testing sits on the job with maps and probes — not in a text thread.
Purchase orders leave QuickBooks or Sage and show on the project: nomenclature, qty, then UOM. Stock POs sit in consumables. Nothing is retyped.
Received, rejected, on hand, pulled, with field, on site, and recovered back from the job. Returns and leftover count in the live balance before the next ticket.
Warehouse pulls. Field inspects. Deliveries land on the job with photos and location. Nobody calls the shop to ask if it left.

A one-location shop and a multi-crew operation do not pay the same. We quote after we see how you run: locations, crews, and who needs a login. No per-seat games. No public price list.

Keep the books. Keep the takeoff tool that already wins bids. FlooringOps puts the PO, the pull, the moisture test, and the billing packet on the same job.
POs flow from QuickBooks or Sage onto the project. We do not replace the books. We put the PO where the PM and the warehouse can use it.
Keep MeasureSquare or the tool you already trust. No double entry. Awarded work hands off to the board.
PMs run the board on a screen — large names, Add Project, Add Estimate. Warehouse, Deliveries, and Moisture Testing run on a phone. One company login.
